About this Project

This photovoltaic plant is located in Majagual, Sucre, and was one of the first large-scale solar facilities to enter operation in Colombia’s Caribbean region, connected to the National Interconnected System (SIN) since October 2021.

Additionally, it features:

• 65,520 solar panels

• An approximate area of 65 hectares, with the capacity to generate energy equivalent to the consumption of around 28,500 households.
